This IActionHandler adds a new Item to selected Field List. The handler is called with these parameters:

• 'contentTypeId' - Content Type identifier to add the field
• 'fieldId' - Identifier of the Field.
• 'itemKey' - Item's key.
• 'value' - Item's value.
